Join us!Primary details:Regular rotation to store locations in Thedford and StrathroyHybrid Role12 month contractHours of work:Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmAbility to work flexible hours outside of regular office hours may be requiredResponsibilitiesConduct candidate selection, training and ongoing development for the Community Sales TeamCoach and lead the team to attain sales targets and service KPIs and deliver an awesome customer experienceConduct individual coaching activities to defined planEnsure frequent and clear communication with direct reports so they are knowledgeable on current service programs and strategiesSchedule staffing to align with the hours of operationHandle customer escalations as appropriate/requiredIdentify and resolve customer service issues, through problem management and trackingRepresent Execulink in community events to build awareness and relationshipsApprove credit requests within defined limitsWork closely with other Supervisors and Managers to ensure streamlined communications within all store locationsWork with external business partners in the maintenance of the store locationsHire, Train, RetainTogether with the Sales Manager, consistently monitor and provide formal and informal feedback to all team membersConduct regularly scheduled team meetingsDevelop and execute individual coaching plans including regularly scheduled 1:1s, interaction reviews (in-person, telephone, video, email)Conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs), Employee Performance Improvement Plan (EPIP) meetingsDocument performance, attendance or behavioural issues; ensuring timely appropriate resolution to the concern up to and including termination as guided by Management and HRApproval of timesheets/vacation/time off requests in alignment with company policiesCompletion of variable compensationAll other duties as assignedRequired Skills & AbilitiesCommunicates clearly and effectively with confidence, utilizing exceptional customer service skills to manage customer expectations and create outstanding experiencesDemonstrates a remarkable ability to develop and nurture client relationshipsPossesses strong organizational skills, with the capability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple tasks simultaneouslyExhibits meticulous attention to accuracy, detail, and follow-upMaintains exceptional telephone etiquette and presents a professional demeanor at all timesCapable of working independently while consistently meeting targets and expectationsSkilled in articulating the features and benefits of products and services to effectively address and overcome customer objectionsA tenacious self-starter with a results-oriented mindsetQualificationsMinimum 2 years of supervisory experience in sales and customer service environmentsProven leadership skills to coach and motivate teams toward exceptional customer experiences and KPI achievementPreferred post-secondary education in Business (university degree or college diploma)Experience with CRM systems, scheduling, and relevant software applicationsValid Class G drivers license with reliable transportationStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and handle stressful situations calmly in a fast-paced settingDetail-oriented, results-driven, professional, and approachable with a positive, empathetic attitudeCommitted to continuous team engagement through goal setting, monitoring, and coaching for performance excellenceWhat we OfferInternal growth and learning opportunitiesChallenging and rewarding place to workComprehensive health and benefitsCompetitive starting ratesEmployee discount plan on Execulink servicesRRSP matching programAbout UsExeculink Telecom is the largest locally owned independent telecom company in Southwestern Ontario.
