ResponsibilitiesJumping into complex, high-profile Interior Design projects both local and abroadWorking side-by-side with our Interior Design team to bring ideas to lifefrom concept sketches to final details on-siteCollaborating with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and the rest of our MGA teamCreating stunning presentations, drawing sets, developing interior schedules, and leading FF&E selectionsMentoring junior designers and contributing to a culture of growth and learningBeing an ambassador for MGAinside and outside the studio What we are looking for5+ years of Interior Design experience (bonus if its in public, commercial, or institutional projects)A CIDA-accredited degree in Interior DesignNCIDQ certification, completed or in progressStrong design and graphic skillsProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to quickly adapt to AI-driven changes in workflowConfidence producing full sets of interior drawings, including consultant coordinationWorking knowledge of building codes (BCBC, Canadian + International)A knack for sourcing and specifying commercial-grade finishes, lighting, fixtures, and furnitureOrganized, detail-oriented, and a great communicatorRHAFC knowledge is a bonus Why youll love it hereMGA is an equal opportunity employer.
