Pay: $20.00/hr This is not a cash job. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Crew Member to join our team. This role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have previous farming or related experience, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of farm tasks including planting, weeding and harvesting. Greenhouse work including mixing soil, seeding trays, and irrigation. Washing, processing and packing of vegetables. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment. Contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive work environment. Qualifications: Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, heat, cold). Physically capable of lifting heavy objects repeatedly and performing strenuous tasks for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team. Must have reliable transportation to and from the farm. We are not accessible by public transportation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others. Previous experience with market garden style farming or related industry experience (e.g., greenhouse, landscaping) is ideal. Previous experience in operating tractors or heavy equipment. G drivers license Additional Information: The role may require early mornings, weekend work, or overtime during peak seasons. Year-round work available to the right candidate.
