As a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, you will transform a reactive function into a proactive business enabler, collaborating with stakeholders worldwide to design modern, endtoend automated solutions that shape the future of IAM and enhance business efficiency on a global scale. Responsibilities Architect and implement a robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) framework to enable selfservice for enterprise application lifecycles and group management. Design and build scalable, automated solutions to manage the endtoend user lifecycle for all internal and external accounts, significantly reducing manual overhead. Develop and deploy a comprehensive, automated reporting system to provide realtime data and actionable insights into IAM infrastructure health. Pioneer the discovery and evaluation of AIdriven opportunities to enhance the intelligence and efficiency of our IAM and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions. Lay the foundational groundwork for our future security posture by designing and implementing modern security practices, including Zero Trust principles. Qualifications A deep and practical understanding of IAM and IGA principles in complex, enterprisescale environments. Proven experience designing and implementing automation solutions using IaC tools like Terraform, backed by strong scripting skills in a language such as Python or PowerShell. Handson experience with modern DevOps practices, including building and managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). Strong familiarity with cloudnative IAM platforms, ideally with exposure to Okta or Microsoft Entra ID. A track record of evaluating emerging technologies and architecting creative, scalable solutions to solve complex business problems. Takes full ownership of work from start to finish, proactively addressing challenges and driving tangible business impact while clearly articulating complex ideas and collaborating effectively in an egoless environment.
