What will your typical day look like? Compliance & Audit Management: Oversee internal and external immigration audits and ensure data integrity through regular surveys and reporting. Process & Documentation Support: Manage administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and maintaining electronic records to support immigration workflows. Advisory & Case Management: Provide immigration assessments and guidance to employees and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Canadian immigration laws. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with immigration service providers and internal teams to resolve complex immigrationrelated issues and support employersponsored petitions. About the team Reporting through to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Mobility, you will foster a strong serviceoriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, qualitydriven services. You will work closely with our extended talent acquisition and advisor teams, employees, immigration provider(s), and leaders. Developing a solid partnership with these clients will help you to succeed in this role. Enough about us, lets talk about you You are someone who has/is: Postsecondary education supplemented by a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant license (as recognized by the Immigration & Refugee Protection Act) Must be a registered member in good standing with CICC Demonstrated ability to explain complex immigration cases to clients Experience influencing clients to ensure they understand any risks associated with immigration petitions in Canada Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset Total Rewards The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
