For more information, please visit Description The Vice President, Partner Relations & Advisor Services is a senior leadership role responsible for building and scaling a highimpact advisor experience strategy across Advisor Solutions by Purpose (ASP) and Purpose Unlimited (Purpose). This role leads a team of Advisor Experience Managers and is accountable for delivering exceptional service, fostering advisor growth, and championing the voice of the advisor across the organization. The VP will be a key crossfunctional collaborator, working closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to ensure that advisor needs are embedded into strategic decisions. This role is both operational and relational, requiring a leader who can drive measurable outcomes while cultivating trust and advocacy within the advisor community. They will champion an AIeverywhere mindset, leveraging data, automations, and emerging technologies to enhance decision making, improve advisor experiences and scale impact across Purpose. Responsibilities: What you will do Establish a growth program to support our advisor firms, measured by the revenue growth from existing firms. Manage relationships with our onplatform firms, ensuring high satisfaction and addressing critical issues with Purpose and 3rd party vendors. Lead team of Advisor Experience Managers and ensure quality service level responses are being achieved. Coach and empower the team through curiosity, feedback and support fostering engagement, continuous skills development, and achievement of performance objectives while guiding them to take ownership of initiatives. Be the voice of our advisors and work closely with crossfunctional teams of product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders across Purpose. Collaborate with leaders across Purpose to influence the improvement of the advisor experience across the organization. Manage expectations for advisors through strong communication and leadership skills. Identify and design best practice advisor experience measurements to continuously drive the Purposes strategy forward. Qualifications: What you will bring Experience : 10+ years in advisor services, client success, or relationship management within financial services, with a strong track record of leading teams and scaling service models. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and coach highperforming teams, with a focus on engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement. Strategic Thinking : Proven ability to design and execute growth strategies, service frameworks, and advisor engagement programs. AdvisorCentric Mindset : Deep understanding of the advisor journey and the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization and manage advisor expectations effectively. Collaboration : Experience working crossfunctionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions. Measurement & Reporting : Skilled in defining and tracking KPIs and service metrics that align with business objectives and advisor satisfaction. Additional Information Why should you join us?
