Conduct detailed needs-based assessments to understand clients financial situation, goals, and mortgage requirements. Educate clients on mortgage products, rates, and the application process, ensuring confidence and clarity. Pre-qualify and pre-approve clients for mortgage financing; collect and verify necessary documentation. Provide timely and accurate follow-up to clients throughout the mortgage process. Collaborate with underwriters, lenders, and internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. Stay current on industry trends, lending guidelines, and market conditions to provide expert advice. Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating complex matters when necessary. Qualifications Have a Level 2 Mortgage Agent License in Ontario Have 2+ years of experience as a Mortgage Agent Have proven experience in a Mortgage Agent role at a digitally native brokerage Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric approach Proficiency with digital tools, CRM software, and communication platforms (e.g., Salesforce, POS, dialer) Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail Familiarity with various mortgage products (fixed-rate, variable-rate, and home equity lines of credit) Additional qualifications Have a Level 2 Mortgage Agent License in British Columbia and/or Alberta (where applicable) How to apply Sounds like you?
