As a Claims Support Representative, Bodily Injury, you will work in collaboration with claims representatives and other key stakeholders to provide highlevel investigation support through internal and external systems on bodily injury claims and claimant background information while documenting findings according to best practices. How You Will Create Impact Utilize internal claims systems and external tools to complete advanced deskbound investigation of files referred from Bodily Injury team members. Search social media, online sources, and public information as required. Collaborate with claims staff and other internal and external departments throughout the investigation process. Experience using social media and other online resources for research and information sourcing. Postsecondary education. Willingness to work toward the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation. Previous experience in desktop investigations is an asset. Knowledge of bodily injury claims process is an asset.
