What Youll Do Manage and maintain a portfolio of 90+ active listings on MLS. Coordinate photoshoots, staging consultations, and signage for new listings. Input and update all listing details accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with our marketing team to showcase listings at their best. Keep everything organized in Monday.com and our internal database. Support agents with admin tasks and ensure all documentation is in order. Keep files and communication flowing smoothly between departments. What You Bring Experience in real estate or administration (MLS experience is a bonus!). Incredible attention to detail you catch what others might miss. A positive, team-first attitude youre the kind of person everyone loves to work with. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay cool under pressure. Proficiency with tools like Monday.com, MLS, CRMs , and Google Workspace.
