This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door to a sales role. Responsibilities Complete all new and used deliveries at the dealership. Maintain full knowledge and provide explanation of vehicle operations. Set up client delivery configuration. Complete new and CPO delivery checklists for every client. Handle second deliveries when required. Conduct dealership walkaround at delivery, covering parts and service. Inspect vehicles prior to delivery, checking watermarks, footprints, dirty windows. Verify there is no beam dongle connected to the OBDII port. Follow up on second deliveries. Manage reviews, surveys and CSIs to achieve 10/10 scores. Merchandise showroom vehicles; ensure proper charging. Check in transport dropoffs when lot staff is unavailable. Assist home deliveries and help service customers with technology issues. Assist lot staff with moving cars when required. Register plates and organize demo vehicles. Participate in dealership social media content. What It Takes Passion for succeeding in the auto world.
