Customer Experience Representative RentokilTerminix is currently seeking an experienced customer experience representative to be part of our fastpaced team. This is an onsite position based at our Fredericton office. Base pay range CA$41,000.00/yr CA$42,000.00/yr Address: 121 Gibson St. Fredericton, NB E3A 4E1 Salary: CA$41,000 42,000 annually Responsibilities Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism Receive and place customer service telephone calls, complete web forms and respond to emails Enter and process orders for new and existing customers Investigate issues and resolve customer complaints Update and manage customer databases Actively promote Terminix products and services Monitor the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule Relay work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field management Constantly improve results by adhering to a philosophy of service excellence and following business processes Provide an outstanding customer experience to all customers Be available to work as required based on customer needs Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality Sales oriented, with the ability to identify sales opportunities within a service environment Energetic, positive and selfmotivated Empathetic, with the ability to build strong rapport Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor, stellar phone etiquette Ability to perform successfully in a highpaced, resultsoriented environment Ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad range of people Well organized, energetic and reliable Ability to work independently in a busy environment Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times At least one years experience in a callcentre role answering phone calls and emails Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applicable computer programs Bilingual English/French an asset High school diploma college preferred Will undergo a criminal background check Will be required to wear a headset, input data and sit for long periods of time Benefits You are paid during your training Medical, dental, and vision coverage Employermatched RRSP program up to 3.5% of base salary per year Paid sick and vacation days Short and longterm disability coverage Life insurance Competitive compensation Ondemand pay access to your paycheque as soon as it is earned Additional Information Seniority level: MidSenior level Employment type: Fulltime Job function: Administrative RentokilTerminix is an equal opportunity employer.
