Mini Titans Inspiring the next generation through entrepreneurship About Mini Titans Mini Titans is a values-based educational program that teaches children how the free market works and how to think like entrepreneurs. We believe children benefit not only from skills, but from developing honesty, discipline, resilience, work ethic, and an ownership mentality. Our camps and workshops empower youth to explore business ideas, create products or services, and understand the principles of commerce and innovation. Position Overview We are seeking Seasonal Camp Instructor / Mentor / Coach to lead our childrens entrepreneurship camps (ages 717). This is an action-oriented role: youll guide teams of kids through ideation, product development, marketing, and sales in a camp + market format. Youll be a mentor, coach, facilitator, and doer who embodies the ownership mentality and wants to inspire kids to engage with their future potential. Key Responsibilities Lead daily camp sessions: teach, coach, facilitate business idea development Mentor kids individually and in teams as they shape ideas into marketable products or services Help source or prepare materials, tools, supplies, and invention kits for projects Coordinate market day or exhibition where kids present or sell their creations Provide feedback, encouragement, and structure to students Assist with camp setup, teardown, and logistics Monitor student progress, safety, and behavior Collaborate with the Mini Titans leadership team to iterate and improve program delivery Must-haves: Strong communication and coaching skills Genuine enthusiasm for mentoring young people Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to have (but not required): Basic knowledge or exposure to business, marketing, sales, or product development Background in teaching, coaching, or mentorship We dont require formal teaching experience; we prefer doers and action takers who can inspire through doing. Work Schedule & Term Seasonal: during times when schools are not in session (summer break, winter break, spring break) Camps may run full days (e.g., 9am4pm) or half days depending on location Some prep days before camp start and wrap up days after camp Must be available during the full duration of assigned camps (no partial commitments) Why Join Mini Titans?
