Job Overview This is an interview position. To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or small volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and costeffective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree (B.A)/equivalent. Four (4) years of business experience, including at least one (1) year in direct management of employees and performance/operational leadership within the past four (4) years. Valid G license and a good driving record. English/French bilingual proficiency. If residing in Quebec, bilingual (French and English) is required.
