Overview This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with the Vice-President, Sales and Operations, as well as the ownership group. The Controller will oversee all financial management and reporting activities across the company, including full-cycle accounting, financial planning and analysis, compliance, and the development of systems and processes that support continued growth and operational excellence. The Controller will have one direct report and will provide financial oversight to an adjacent business associated with Supreme Services. Beyond managing day-to-day accounting, the Controller will act as a strategic business partneranalyzing trends, identifying efficiencies, and providing insights that help guide decision-making and ensure the long-term financial health of the organization. Qualifications A CPA designation (or progression toward one) strongly preferred Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration At least five years of progressive accounting experience Experience managing full-cycle accounting, developing budgets and forecasts, and improving financial systems and internal controls within small to mid-sized organizations Experience in construction, restoration, or service-based industries is an asset Employment details This is a full-time, on-site position based in Windsor, Ontario. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. The salary range is CA$90,000 CA$100,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
