Job Description We are looking for a Customer Experience Associate who can understand customer needs and advise bestsuited banking solutions for a positive customer experience. In This Role, You Will Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and bill payments following standardized procedures and regulations. Understand and determine customer needs to recommend specific solutions while exercising discretion on confidential matters. Respond and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating nonstandard activities where needed. Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely. Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly on banking solutions and processes. Help build a positive, diverse and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development. Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated and keeping everyone uptodate on routine activity status. Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements where opportunities exist to improve operational excellence. Job Requirements High school diploma and/or 1+ year of relevant experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset. Strong administration, organizational, planning and timemanagement skills to work in a fastpaced environment. Handson knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the internet. Gogetter who exercises initiative and is accurate, detailoriented and able to handle several tasks with changing priorities. Dynamic communicator with established customerexperience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing with different people in a calm, courteous, effective manner.
