Digital Services Program Lead (12+ month contract) Volkswagen Group Canada Inc., Ajax, ON, Canada. Hybrid role. Contract. Role overview: As the business lead for Digital Services in the Canadian market, you will oversee the localization, implementation, and maintenance of Connected Services, collaborating with Product Planning, VW of America Connected Services, and other VGCA departments. You will manage program timelines, feature development, testing, release cycles, and coordinate across marketing, product support, after sales, and controlling to ensure alignment and effective communication. Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Planning to assess and understand Canadian market product strategy. Capture and communicate Connected Services product and business requirements across the user journey. Ensure all features comply with Canadian laws through legal reviews. Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Partner with VW of America and Canadian stakeholders to implement technical and business changes. Maintain testing assets (fleet vehicles, test phones) and support OTA updates. Act as Canadian representative, overseeing software release cycles, version approvals, and inmarket connected vehicle testing. Provide updates on program status to marketing, product planning, and other departments. Develop communications, guides, and training materials to promote Connected Services. Coordinate with dealer education initiatives to boost customer adoption of myVW App and new vehicle features. Support digital life cycle management and ongoing process enhancements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Connected or Mobility Services. Proficiency with MS Office, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools. Strong projectmanagement skills with proven experience managing medium to large programs. Excellent relationshipbuilding and communication skills. Passion and expertise with connected vehicles & IoT. Ability to design data structures that enhance business intelligence capabilities.
