Key Responsibilities: Financial Compliance own the integrity of GAAP financial reporting Financial Reporting own the reporting process and identify areas for improvement and automation Strategic Planning work alongside key stakeholders to analyze financials and provide key insights FP&A own the forecast, budgeting, and planning processes Controls evaluate current controls and design processes that scale with the companys growth M&A assist with the evaluation, due diligence, and integration of potential mergers and acquisitions Qualifications: CPA, or nearing completion CPA, with 3+ years of experience and a strong focus on financial reporting Experience working with new businesses or recently acquired businesses will be an asset Prior experience in leadership or management roles within finance team will be an asset High attention to detail with the ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and drive process improvements Benefits of working for our client: Our client is dynamic and rapidly growing, and is recognized for delivering high-impact solutions across a broad portfolio of industrial and commercial clients.
