About the Job Danone is seeking a ECommerce Manager (12 months) to colead and execute the overall ecommerce strategy, focusing on major retail and pureplay customers in Canada. Working closely with the Senior eCommerce Manager, the role includes: Accelerate growth of eCommerce via bestinclass content, search and retail media strategy development and execution across our Retail and Delivery Network ecosystems. Support the team to implement customer and category level ebusiness strategy (including assortment, pricing and promotions, etc.). Own and maintain the digital product catalogue within Salsify and lead overall content development strategy by inspiring and leading agency partners. CoOwn the eCommerce P&L and growth objectives of Danone Canada. Manage direct relationships with customers, vendors, internal crossfunctional teams and global counterparts to ensure constantly improving capabilities. Develop new capabilities with robust test & learn plans supporting eCommerce objectives. Play an active role in accelerating eBusiness knowledge and capabilities across the organization through facilitation of training. About You Bachelors Degree in business, MBA or a mix of education and experience related to eCommerce. 4+ years in eCommerce, digital, marketing and/or sales, with mandatory experience in paid retail media, paid search (AMS & Criteo) and eCommerce SEO. Able to navigate complex & ambiguous situations with agility and a cando attitude. Strong analytics, reporting and creative problemsolving skills; able to draw conclusions and make recommendations. Experience in customerfacing roles. Previous CPG or Canadian Retailer experience preferred. Experience with Salsify preferred; or other Asset Management/DAMs. Successful demonstration of driving change.
