Billing Administrator, NI & MOD (6month Contract) | Scarborough Join to apply for the Billing Administrator, NI & MOD (6month Contract) | Scarborough role at TK Elevator 3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Maintain and update the billing spreadsheet with new project bookings and current billing contacts (POCs) for District Managers (DMs) and Project Managers (PMs). Follow up with branches to collect completed billing sheets and ensure documentation accuracy. Prepare draft invoices and send to customers and consultants for approval. Set up Schedules of Values (SOVs) in Oracle ERP for new jobs. Enter billing information in Oracle ERP and generate invoices upon approval. Prepare and send invoice packages via email or upload them to customer portals. Complete credit/rebill request forms, secure approvals, and process transactions in the ERP system; attach approved documentation to invoices. Prepare ad hoc AR invoices as needed. Process bad debt writeoffs and tax adjustments on invoices when required. Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to billing or invoice discrepancies. Perform billing reconciliations and support monthend and yearend processes. Assist with audit requests and documentation support. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred. 23 years of construction billing or accounting experience required. Experience working with Oracle ERP (or similar enterprise systems). Advanced Excel proficiency (tracking, reconciliation, reporting). Familiarity with billing workflows, SOVs, and credit/rebill processes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication and followup with internal stakeholders and customers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
