Client Service Administrator: Are you a customer service expert that enjoys making connections, solving problems, and helping more people hear better? How Youll Make An Impact As an integral member of our team, youll create a welcoming environment for our clients, providing them with exceptional service every step of the way. Youll foster positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring every clients hearing journey is smooth and enjoyable. Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top-notch customer care. Youll greet clients, manage inbound phone calls and emails, and answer customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Appointment Scheduling: Ensure smooth clinic operations by managing and adjusting clinician schedules, booking appointments, and coordinating follow-ups. Clinic Maintenance: Keep our clinic looking its best. Youll organize and tidy the client waiting areas and ensure supplies are stocked and ready. Administrative Support: Maintain client files, manage stock orders, and support clinic operations. Youll handle basic hearing aid maintenance, help with events, and support local promotions. Accounting & Insurance: Process payments, track insurance claims, accounts receivable management, and maintain inventory with attention to detail to ensure smooth financial operations.
