Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives. Meaningful work you'll be a part of As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional, Manager, youll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver highquality client service, and drive operational efficiency. Responsibilities Provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs and implementing software solutions. Deliver highquality client service and promote operational efficiency. Evaluate supporting technologies to engage effectively with customers, supply chain, and employees. Contribute to PwCs value proposition of strategyled and technologyenabled services, aligning with Microsofts key technologies such as Dynamics 365, Office 365, Azure and Business Intelligence Analytics. Qualifications Experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant 6+ years. 4+ years experience in Dynamics 365 & Power Platform with a Sales CRM domain focus. Strong communication skills, team player, and positive attitude. Ability to individually contribute and mentor junior resources. Scrum/Agile methodology knowledge and experience. Flexibility to perform testing strategies, execute tests, and work with test automation tools. Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies. Exposure to QA processes and practices is beneficial. Preferred Skills Node.js, Angular.js, React.js, jQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX. Compensation The salary range for this position is $103,000.00 $137,400.00 $171,800.00 CAD annually, plus a potential annual bonus. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
