Join to apply for the Product Designer (UX) [PWTAQ7] role at Meta IT North America What are we looking for? We need a product designer who can work end-to-end but whose core strength is UX over pure visual design. The role isnt about UI polishits about usability, experience architecture, and conceptual clarity. Were looking for someone who can crystallize ambiguity into clear flows, think at a systems level, and bring strong communication and presentation skills. They should be autonomous, capable of taking a lead role in driving a product from early concept through to a working vision, and guiding it through multiple iterations. They also need to manage scope and stakeholder expectations, balancing ambition with pragmatism, and ensuring the team stays aligned around achievable outcomes. Ideally, this person could also work alongside (or even lead) a team doing user research, ensuring that insights feed into continuous product improvement over time. What Youll Do Lead the end-to-end process, from design to execution. Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences, aligning the user needs with the business goals. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that guide development and align teams. Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to balance vision, feasibility, and scope. Operate autonomously driving projects from concept to execution with minimal oversight. Facilitate alignment, communicate trade-offs, and ensure the team is focused on achievable, user-centered outcomes. Work within an existing brand and design system, maintaining visual quality while prioritizing UX clarity. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Designer with strong UX foundations. Demonstrated ability to own complex product areas end-to-end from concept to launch and execution. A portfolio that shows depth of thought, not just final visuals: explain your reasoning, flows, iterations, and decision-making process. Excellent communication and storytelling skills you can clearly explain design decisions and rally others around your ideas. Comfort working with established design systems and visual frameworks. A balance between strategic thinking and handson execution someone who explores, iterates, and delivers. Experience working in crossfunctional teams with fastpaced product cycles. Fluency in English.
