Overview OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada plays a key role in picking, packing and dispensing online orders with high quality and accuracy, while upholding safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty. What You'll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature zones with care to ensure on-time delivery. Packs orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, correct quantities, and product codes. Ensure selected products are of the highest quality (no damaged items; freshest product) before packing. Document and label all orders correctly (pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc.). Optimize tote fill to maximize space while maintaining product quality. Balance fulfillment with customer interaction and resolve issues to support customer service. Adhere to safety and food hygiene standards; maintain a clean work area; promptly clean spills; ensure totes are clean; operate material handling equipment safely; complete safety pre-inspection checks; demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; adapt to daily delivery schedules as needed.
