The Opportunity Were looking for a fulltime Family Lawyer to join our team. In this role, youll manage a diverse caseload, provide strategic legal advice, draft legal documents, conduct research, and represent clients in court. While our office is located in Port Moody, we offer flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload of family law cases Provide strategic legal advice to clients Draft legal documents and conduct research Represent clients in court proceedings Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in family law, including litigation and dispute resolution Strong legal research and writing skills Proven advocacy and negotiation abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Indepth knowledge of BC family law and court procedures Law degree and membership in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia Why Join Us?
