Responsibilities Manage the full lead/leasing cycle, including greeting and qualifying customers on the phone, email and in-person; managing guest cards; showing suites; applying product knowledge; and processing final approved applications. Qualifications / What you need to be successful Thrives in a fast-paced sales environment 1-2 years of proven success in a sales environment Passion for providing an exceptional client service experience through excellent communication skills Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry Pride in your ability to work collaboratively on a team, and independently Strong computer skills Flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to speak other languages is considered an asset Actively championing diversity, equity and inclusion to create an environment of belonging What will you do? Our Sales/Leasing team manages the full lead/leasing cycle, including greeting and qualifying customers on the phone, email and in-person, managing guest cards, showing suites, applying product knowledge, to final approved application.
