Role Overview We are seeking a Product Manager with 46 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, strategy, and execution while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful, usercentric solutions. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, handson product management, and strong communication skills to align stakeholders and ensure successful product outcomes. Key Responsibilities Define and manage the product roadmap and backlog for assigned product lines. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver highquality products on time. Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to inform product strategy. Conduct user research to understand client needs and translate them into actionable requirements. Lead sprint planning sessions and ensure user stories are welldefined with clear acceptance criteria. Monitor product performance, anticipate risks, and proactively resolve blockers to ensure delivery. Champion agile and product management best practices, driving continuous improvement within teams. Communicate product vision, updates, and release plans to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, security, and privacy requirements. Contribute to the development of usercentric experiences, driving innovation across product lines. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). 46 years of product management experience in a software or technologydriven environment. Proven experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and releases in agile teams. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product delivery best practices. Handson experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog/requirements management tools. Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across crossfunctional teams. GoodtoHave Skills Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent agile certification. Experience in supply chain, logistics, or ecommerce technology domains. Exposure to usercentric design and innovation practices. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Customer Success: Clear requirements captured, high customer satisfaction, successful client engagements. Product Delivery: Improved sprint velocity, timely feature releases, reduced requirementrelated defects.
