Personal Banker - Mandarin or Cantonese Language Required at TD Canada Trust Overview At TD Canada Trust you will be part of the frontline team, building deep and lasting relationships with customers by providing tailored financial advice and solutions. Compensation $52,700 - $74,400 CAD annually Location & Hours Toronto, Ontario, Canada | 37.5 hours per week Responsibilities Play a key role in advising customers on highlevel financial solutions from a range of investment and credit banking offerings. Engage with customers by asking thoughtful financial questions and creating positive experiences to retain and deepen relationships. Increase customer financial confidence by providing personalized financial advice, answering questions, and addressing concerns; raise matters as appropriate. Serve as a point of contact for frontline staff in handling customer problems. Maintain professional space in common areas in accordance with marketing and regulatory guidelines. Work closely with customers to provide financial reviews, discuss portfolio updates, and suggest additional personalized solutions based on their goals. Stay knowledgeable about emerging issues, evolving regulations, and industry codes of conduct; participate in process improvement opportunities. Strive to achieve and improve service level agreements and productivity targets. Ensure documents are prepared consistently with relevant regulations and properly reflect business intentions. Participate fully as a team member, help build a positive and diverse work environment, mentor others, and address communication issues efficiently. Requirements High school diploma and/or 1 year of relevant experience. Postsecondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset. Completion of IFIC or equivalent required. CFSA must be completed within 12 months if hired. Realestate secured lending and/or investment experience is an asset. Sound knowledge of advanced investing and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts to provide personalized advice in a fastpaced environment. Proficiency in software tools, including MS Office and internet applications. Tactful communicator able to exchange ideas and customer information concisely. A selfinitiator with strong organizational, planning and timemanagement skills. Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required.
