Were looking for a fullstack Software Developer to help build tools and customerfacing features that power the RocketRez platform. Your work will deliver meaningful value to our customers and their guests while elevating how our team operates internally. What Youll Do Build and maintain fullstack features that are performant, scalable, and userfriendly. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver highquality solutions that solve real problems for our customers. Participate in ideation, technical design, team discussions, and code reviews to ensure quality and consistency. Write clean, testable code and troubleshoot bugs or technical issues as they arise. Help create and maintain API endpoints and integrate with thirdparty services. Support internal tooling that helps other teams (e.g., Support, Implementation) work more efficiently. What Were Looking For 35 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a fullstack environment. Familiarity with backend technologies such as Python, .NET, or similar, and relational databases (e.g., Postgres, SQL Server). Experience working in an agile team and collaborating crossfunctionally. Experience in exploring and effectively leveraging AI tools as part of your ongoing growth and overall productivity. A strong understanding of version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. A problemsolver mindset and eagerness to learn from others while contributing your own perspective. Bonus: Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), or experience building internal tools or customer support platforms. Bonus: located in Winnipeg or Steinbach Manitoba to be in office a couple days a week!
