Join the JCC Development team as a Fundraising Analyst/Coordinator and play a key role in growing philanthropic support for our mission. What Youll Do Analyze donor and membership data to uncover giving trends and major gift prospects. Build actionable insights to guide fundraising strategy and donor engagement. Support stewardship through reporting, analytics, and CRM management. Collaborate on campaigns, events, and initiatives that strengthen community impact. What Were Looking For 23 years in fundraising analytics, development, or donor data management. Strong CRM and data analysis skills (Raisers Edge, Salesforce, or similar). Passion for advancing Jewish community programs through missiondriven fundraising. Detailoriented, organized, and skilled at translating data into strategy. New graduates are encouraged to apply, particularly those who have completed relevant certificates or coursework.
