As a Team Partner in the Maintenance Department, you will handle repairs, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting of industrial equipment, systems, and components, both indoor and outdoor facility and equipment, including but not limited to: large capacity washers, dryers, pneumatic and steam systems, convey system and boilers. Two-year technical degree in an appropriate background is preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass UniFirstu2019s maintenance knowledge assessment to be eligible for employment. Valid non-commercial driveru2019s license and a safe driving record are required. Knowledgeable in maintenance equipment. A minimum of 6 monthsu2019 work experience repairing industrial processing equipment in a production environment is required. Applicable military experience will be considered. Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required. Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English is required. Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills are required. Lockout / Tagout experience is required. Prior welding experience including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing is preferred. Experience with formalized safety programs is preferred. Prior experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is preferred. HVAC experience and boiler knowledge preferred. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
