Proven experience (Enrolment Services preferred) with business analysis, change management and project management, with the ability to identify/define gaps, risks and requirements, informed by theories and principles from formal relevant study. Relevant experience working directly with business stakeholders to identify, assess and document business requirements with the ability to transform enduser needs into technical and functional requirements. Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills for collaborating with team members and various business units. Experience with supervising and leading teams to complete projects and facilitate change. This regular fulltime (35 hours per week) position is available starting August 25, 2025. Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00am4:00pm. Shift days and times may change depending on the Departments need. Regular evening shifts will be required, as may occasional weekend work. This position is primarily located at the New Westminster campus. Douglas College is committed to supporting a healthy work/life balance for employees. Salary Range: $63,636 annually (with wage increments to a max of $75,758 annually). Salary and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement.
