Were looking for a Retail Manager who can lead the front-of-house team, uphold high standards, and ensure every customer leaves feeling seen, valued, and delighted.Our store is busy seven days a week, with minimal downtime and frequent traffic spikes tied to social media. We need an organized, confident, and excited manager to lead in this fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.Requirements:5+ years of retail management experienceAbility to manage high-traffic customer environments with professionalism and poiseExperience with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team leadershipComfortable with hands-on leadership and leading by exampleStrong communication and organizational skillsWeekday and weekend availability are requiredKey ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience:Lead the team in delivering consistent, five-star customer interactionsStep in to support the sales floor as needed, especially during peak hoursEnsure staff are trained to engage customers with confidence, product knowledge, and enthusiasmTeam Management:Interview, hire, and train new team membersSet clear expectations, provide regular coaching, and address performance issues when necessaryBuild and maintain a strong, positive team cultureOperations & Inventory:Oversee store opening and closing proceduresManage inventory levels, restocking, and product merchandisingTrack sales trends and ensure the store is organized and well-stocked at all timesMaintain cleanliness, organization, and security protocolsMonitor for and address any loss prevention concernsEnsure all store displays and stock are maintained to brand standardsHelp implement new systems and processes as we scaleBring forward ideas for improving customer flow, team efficiency, or merchandisingStay responsive to changing store needs during periods of high growth and activityThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-energy space and wants to grow with a brand gaining momentum quickly.
