At Knight Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, we have always valued our employees as our most important resource.Our team is dynamic and enthusiastic, and we know you will enjoy working and growing with us!Moore & Russellrequires energetic, motivated and career-minded HVAC Service or Install Technicians to be responsible for performing onsite services and installation to HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems and equipment.What will you do:As a Moore & RussellHVAC Technician become masters of their trade and always give customers the red carpet treatment advising them on potential services or treatments that work for them.Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air-condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authoritys codes and municipal building codes and standards.Follow all Energy Star service processes and procedures.Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC optionsComplete general and specific HVAC equipment inspectionsMaintain a clean, fully stocked vehicleExplain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.Promote products and services on every call.Must never sell the customer a repair they do not need.Provide a five-star experience on every call or make it right before leaving the customers homeFeel comfortable requesting online reviews from customers.Education/Experience/SkillsA minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Service or Install experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heatersMust have demonstrated strong technical, customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles.Must have a Gas Technician or Sheet Metal licenseValid Driver's License with a clean recordComfortable working from heights and using a ladderAn accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitudeAbility to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elementsAt Moore & Russellwe expect a lot from our technicians.
