(Robots, Drones, Artificial Intelligence, Vision Systems)3 weeks vacation per year with no waiting periodA Dream Fund (gym memberships, personal interest classes, etc.)A dynamic, energetic and growing company with a friendly community atmosphereA collaborative and supportive workplace that values the contributions and ideas of our staff, and are proud of our extremely low turnover rate throughout our 40-year historyEmployees who have great passion for their work and who are always looking for ways to propel Connect Tech to the next levelFollow detailed written instructions to perform functional and in-circuit testing of printed circuit boards and electronic assembliesPerform live tests (burn-ins) on assemblies, recording and analyzing results in accordance with defined proceduresUse oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and automated test equipment to verify performance and detect faults.Identify, document, and report defects, failures, and variances in test resultsTroubleshoot circuit board failures down to the component level when requiredCollaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality or design issuesFollow established procedures, safety guidelines, and ESD handling practicesPerform minor assembly or modification tasks on electronic components, when requestedEssential Skills and QualificationsDiploma or certificate in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)1-3 years experience in PCB testing, electronic assembly, or related role a MUSTStrong understanding of electronic components, schematics, and circuit design basicsAbility to diagnose and repair down to component levelKnowledge of IPC standards and quality systems is an advantageExperience working in a computerized environment (Windows, Linux, MS Office)Be adaptable to changing demands and support a team work environmentSound communication skillsAble to maintain focus while working independently and see tasks through to completionComfort with modern computing and display interfaces (USB, HDMI, etc.)If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume in PDF format to the application form linked below.Connect Tech delivers high performance connectivity solutions for embedded and industrial technology applications.
