Responsabilits (Franais) Les principales responsabilits comprennent : Fournir un soutien pour la coordination des rotations de vol. Veiller ce que toutes les mesures soient prises pour garantir un fonctionnement sr et ponctuel de tous les services de manutention des aronefs conformment aux exigences de Menzies Aviation et des compagnies ariennes. Assister aux briefings et dbriefings de vol. Signaler les irrgularits, les incidents, les carts et les plaintes potentielles la direction. Assurezvous que le chargement de l'avion est conforme aux exigences des compagnies ariennes. Le TRC est charg de s'assurer, dans la mesure du possible, que tous les services sont attribus et arrivent temps l'aronef et de demander les services temps pour s'assurer que les normes de niveau de service sont respectes. Le TRC doit s'assurer que les informations concernant l'tat du vol ou qui affecteraient autrement les actions des dpartements, sont fournies en temps opportun et de manire proactive. La rpartition des aronefs est un processus impliquant la planification, la coordination et le rapprochement aprs le dpart d'un vol. Le rle du TRC est d'organiser et de planifier la rotation des aronefs et de s'assurer de manire efficace et proactive que les diverses activits sont excutes de faon scuritaire et en temps opportun. Le TRC a assurer que le chargement de l'avion est conforme aux instructions de chargement et que la charge correspond exactement aux dtails indiqus sur la feuille de charge de l'avion. S'assure de la bonne excution de tous les documents lis au dossier de vol et est responsable de l'exactitude et de la ralit des enregistrements indiqus sur les documents. S'assure que les documents reus ou mis sont conservs en toute scurit et conformment aux procdures de l'AM et de la compagnie arienne. S'assurer que les SLA des compagnies ariennes sont respects et maintenus, et que toute irrgularit est signale immdiatement la direction. Collabore avec les dpartements de piste et de service aux passagers pour effectuer un dpart sr, scuris et l'heure. Le TRC doit tre au courant des derniers changements/mises jour/mmos/briefings en consultant le tableau SLS et les panneaux d'affichage. Effectuer des inspections d'audit interne via l'application SMART. Signaler tout incident, accident et quasi-accident conformment aux procdures de MA et du client. Utiliser des quipements tels que les passerelles d'embarquement des passagers, les vhicules de l'entreprise, les radios, les tlphones, les quipements informatiques, et de manire sre et efficace et seulement une fois form pour le faire. Portez toujours un EPI sur la rampe. Obtenir un certificat canadien restreint d'oprateur aronautique. Connaissance des procdures de sauvetage d'intervention d'urgence. Capacit de communiquer des informations par radio solair avec les pilotes. Utilisez des contacts radio pour maintenir le contrle oprationnel de la rampe de tous les vols. Surveiller et communiquer les arrives/dparts des aronefs et les changements de porte qui pourraient affecter les oprations quotidiennes. Surveiller les retards de vol et coordonner les informations avec les oprations ariennes. Documenter le journal quotidien des contacts de l'avion. Sur demande, fournir l'quipage de conduite des instructions sur la rampe de dchargement/dchargement. Suivez les procdures de refoulement, de dpart et d'arrive des vols. Connaissance du programme Flight Explorer. Prparation de rapports quotidiens pour assurer l'exactitude des informations pendant le quart de travail assign. Reprsenter et communiquer la mission, la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise aux employs de Ramp. Surveiller la conformit de tout le personnel de la rampe de Menzies avec les politiques et procdures de sret et de scurit. Ces politiques et procdures doivent inclure, mais sans s'y limiter, les programmes, politiques et procdures d'exploitation des rampes des clients pertinents/spcifiques l'emplacement, les politiques et procdures de scurit de l'aroport local, toutes les rgles, politiques et procdures locaux, provinciaux et fdraux. Traiter rapidement les actions inappropries, incorrectes et/ou dangereuses et reconnatre les comportements corrects et positifs. Identifier les dangers/risques potentiels et les signaler la direction. Soutenir le programme de mentorat OJT en communiquant rgulirement avec le personnel de formation et de sant et de scurit et la direction de la station. Peut rpondre aux normes de frquentation de la Station. Responsibilities (English) Provide support for coordination of flight turnarounds. Ensure all measures are taken to secure a safe, on time operations of all aircraft handling services in accordance with Menzies Aviation and Airline requirements. Attending flight briefings and debriefings. Reporting irregularities, incidents, discrepancies, and potential complaints to Management. Ensure that the aircraft loading is in accordance with airlines requirements. The TRC is responsible for ensuring, as far as practicable, that all services are allocated and arrive at the aircraft on time and requesting the services in time to ensure Service Level Standards are met. The TRC must ensure that information regarding the status of the flight or that would otherwise affect the actions of the departments, is given in a timely and proactive manner. Aircraft Dispatch is a process involving the planning, coordination and post departure reconciliation of a flight. The TRC role is to organise and plan the aircraft turn around and effectively and proactively ensure that the various activities are performed in a safe and timely manner. The TRC has to ensure that the aircraft load complies with the loading instructions and that the load is reconciled exactly with the details shown on the aircraft Loadsheet. Ensure the correct completion of all documents related to the Flight File and is responsible for the accuracy and reality of records stated on the documents. Ensures that the documents received or issued are kept securely and in accordance with MA and Airline procedures. Ensure that the airlines SLAs are respected and maintained, and any irregularities are reported immediately to Management. Collaborates with the Ramp and Passenger Service departments to perform a safe, secure and on time departure. The TRC must be aware of the latest changes / updates / memos/ briefings by checking the SLS Board and notice boards. Carry out internal audit inspections via the SMART application. Report any incident, accidents and near misses as per MA and customer procedures. Operate equipment such as Passenger Boarding Bridges, Company vehicles, radios, telephones, computer equipment, and a safe and efficient manner and only once trained to do so. Always wear PPE on the Ramp. Obtain a Canadian Restricted Operator Certificate Aeronautical. Knowledgeable of Emergency Response rescue procedures. Ability to communicate information via ground to air radio with pilots. Use radio contacts to maintain operational ramp control of all flights. Monitor and communication aircraft arrivals/departures and gate changes that would affect daily operations. Monitor flight delays and coordinate information with airline operations. Document daily log of aircraft contacts. When requested, provide flight crew unload/offload ramp instructions. Follow pushbacks, departures, and flight arrival phase procedures. Knowledge of Flight Explorer Program. Daily report preparation to ensure accuracy of information during assigned shift. Portray and communicate Company Mission, Vision and Values to Ramp employees. Monitor the compliance of all Menzies ramp personnel with the safety and security policies and procedures. These policies and procedures to include but are not limited to: All relevant/location specific customer ramp operation programs, policies and procedures; All local airport security policies and procedures; All local, provincial, and federal regulations, policies, and procedures. Promptly address improper, incorrect, and/or unsafe actions & recognize correct & positive behaviour. Identify potential hazards/risks and respond to management. Support OJT Mentor program through regular communication with HS&E/Training Staff & Station Management. Can meet the Station's attendance standards. Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Computer proficient. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with pilots, airline operations, manager and Air Traffic Controller as required. Ramp operation knowledge. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work flexible shift assignments. Airline and/or GHA Weight & Balance Licences will be advantageous. Other Requirements / Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada. Computer literate, solid knowledge of MS Office as well as other related programs. Previous airline/aviation operational knowledge is required. Must be able to obtain and hold all required security clearances. Must hold a valid provincial Drivers License. Must be able to obtain and maintain Ramp Driving Privileges (DA/AVOP). Familiar with GOMs, Airline procedures, Airport procedures, Airport legislation. Fully versed on SGHA concepts. KPI/SLA driven to meet customer expectations by delivering excellence. Must be able to pass all MA and customer training on a initial and recurrent basis.
