Your Daily Contribution & Impact The Regional Director is responsible for leading multiple territories and driving sales, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction within their assigned region. This role plays a critical part in executing the companys sales strategies, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring alignment between field operations and corporate objectives. The Regional Director serves as both a strategic and handson leader, balancing business performance, people development, and customer engagement. Execute the regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets. Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with the General Manager to establish annual goals, sales forecasts, and operational plans. Support key customer negotiations and business development initiatives within the territory. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers or Store Leaders. Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and provide ongoing feedback and recognition. Identify training needs and ensure development plans are in place to build bench strength and succession readiness. Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that reflects company values and a customer-first mindset. Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and local industry partners. Act as a regional ambassador for the brand, ensuring consistent representation across all markets. Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, reinforcing a service excellence standard. Oversee daily branch or regional operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and safety. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure effective inventory management, cost control, and order fulfillment. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes and enhance productivity. Collaborate with marketing, HR, and other corporate teams to ensure local execution of national programs. Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate forecasting, pricing alignment, and budget control. Support company-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring effective adoption at the regional level. Maintain strong understanding of market dynamics, competition, and emerging industry trends. Provide feedback and insights to inform corporate strategy, product development, and pricing decisions. Identify potential new markets or customer segments within the assigned region. Expertise & Essential Skills Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field. Minimum 58 years of progressive leadership experience in sales, operations, or regional management, preferably in the automotive, retail, or distribution sectors. Proven success managing multiunit or multiregion teams. Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
