SUMMARY As an HR Business Partner, you are much more than an HR expert: you align HR strategies with business objectives while supporting managers and teams in their day-to-day challenges. You play a central role in organizational transformation, talent development, and cultural change. You help build an agile, people-focused, and high-performing organization. RESPONSIBILITIES Support managers in managing their teams: skills development, talent attraction, retention, succession planning, training, etc. Participate in defining and implementing HR strategy aligned with business challenges. Orchestrate HR processes such as the performance cycle, salary reviews, and recruitment. Analyze HR indicators and propose corrective action plans. Proactively manage individual situations to build high-performing teams. Promote the development of leadership based on listening, accountability, and the pursuit of sustainable performance. Participate in interdisciplinary HR projects (diversity & inclusion Stay abreast of HR and market trends. WORKING CONDITIONS 1. Physical requirements Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools. Ability to occasionally lift up to 10 pounds. 2. Mental Requirements High attention to detail. Location Hybrid - Pointe-Claire, QC Requirements Education/Experience Higher education in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent (Bachelor''''s degree). Significant experience of at least 5 years in a generalist HR role, including at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar position. Excellent knowledge of labor law. Strong skills in change management and managerial coaching. Ability to work in a changing environment, in project mode and in an interdisciplinary manner. Good listening skills, business orientation, analytical mind, rigor, and diplomacy. Proficiency in HRIS information systems (ADP an asset). Fluency in French and English.
