The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will report to the Chief Financial Officer, and the essential duties and responsibilities will be as follows: Financial Planning and Analysis: Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Develop financial models, analyze financial data, and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present asset management reports, variance analysis, and key performance indicators to senior management. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with financial regulations. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for risk mitigation and profit maximization. Cost Analysis: Analyze cost structures, cost drivers, and cost reduction opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency. Revenue Analysis: Analyze revenue streams, pricing strategies, and market trends to optimize revenue generation. Investment Analysis: Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and potential acquisitions. Provide financial justification for investment decisions. Financial Modeling: Develop complex financial models for scenario planning, financial projections, and capital allocation. Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by management. TMGNY Job Requirements: Qualifications: CPA, MBA or CFE or working towards completion. Progressive accounting and finance experience, including at least 3+ years in FP&A. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Apply
