We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional to support our insurance and investment advisory practice. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, managing administrative processes, and supporting financial planning activities. This is a hybrid position with the flexibility to become fully remote. Responsibilities Respond to client emails and phone calls with professionalism and care Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with clients and advisors Prepare and submit insurance applications; track progress and follow up as needed Draft and deliver Reason Why letters and policy delivery packages Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Onboard new clients and guide them through the planning process Prepare investment and insurance paperwork for client signatures and carrier submission Process new investment accounts, trades, transfers, and transaction requests (segregated funds only) Assist with financial analyses and help draft financial plans Prepare for client meetings and manage post-meeting action items Use SideDrawer to securely exchange documents with clients Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a client service or administrative role in financial services Life Licence Qualification Program (LLQP) preferred; candidates without LLQP must be willing to obtain certification Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly Critical thinking and problem-solving skills A client-first mindset and a proactive approach to service Skills Problem Solving Skills Critical Thinking Technology Detailed Organization Highly-organized About Black Star Wealth Black Star Wealth is seeking a driven and client-focused professional to join our team.
