Responsibilities Assist in the creation and maintenance of administrative systems to support HR functions (monthly reports, employee files) as well as provide support in SuccessFactors. Assist with Benefits administration and communication. Liaise with internal partners (Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Pensions). Assist in the recruitment & selection process. Assist HR Business Partners with WCB and Disability Claims Management. Coordination and maintenance of internal programs (Attendance Awareness, Referral Reward). Assist with special projects / initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building, and leadership. Post-secondary HR related Degree / Diploma / Certificate or equivalent HR related experience. Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work both independently and within a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation - ability to effectively communicate HR initiatives, functions, policies, and procedures. Strong computer skills - MS Office, experience with SAP is a definite asset. Previous experience working in a unionized environment is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
