Responsibilities Assist customers in understanding The Junkluggers service and schedule appointments. Handle customer interactions through multiple channels, including phone, email, and text. Communicate with customers regarding current and future service requests, including scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments. Evaluate customer needs quickly and provide efficient, flexible options for diverse requests. Experience & Skills Requirements At least 1 year of sales experience (required). Strong verbal and written communication skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling (required). Must render at least 20 hours per week following the Operating / Peak Hours stated below. Strong verbal and written communicator. Build your own schedule from available hours of business. You must work a minimum of 20 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (including holidays), between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM MST/EST as applicable. Compensation & Schedule Earn $21.50 CAD per hour. Fees apply: $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee.
