Job details Location Toronto , ON M6G 1L1 Salary 37.00 to 38.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time Work must be completed at the physical location. Work setting Restaurant Responsibilities Tasks Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurants profits Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms Cost products and services Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Participate in marketing plans and implementation Leading/instructing individuals Address customers' complaints or concerns Inspect kitchens and food service areas Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Experience and specialization East Indian South Indian Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Physically demanding Standing for extended periods Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Flexibility Organized Reliability Judgement Other benefits Free parking available Who can apply for this job?
