About the Role As a Product Manager for the Connectors Team, you will own the Sales Use case and the billing sub-use case at Fivetran, as well as shape our Connector SDK offering for building custom connectors. Your vision, execution, and collaboration will drive business-critical goals, creating successful products that enhance the productivity of analysts and data engineering teams. This is a 12-month contract individual contributor role based out of Fivetrans Toronto, Canada office. The successful candidate must work with overlap with US EST and PST time zones. Our hybrid work model offers remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week. What Youll Do Manage a portfolio of products, contributing to strategic decisions to grow and improve that portfolio, including revenue optimization. Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Sales use case, Billing sub-use case, and connector SDK. Understand the questions analysts aim to answer, identify necessary data sources, and design effective data schemas for analytical success. Prioritize the most impactful product improvements. Collaborate with analytics teams to create reports and perform ad hoc data analysis in partnership with business stakeholders. Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure high-quality data delivery. Coordinate with other product managers to align feature development and product improvements across related areas. Measure success using Revenue Weighted Usage of your portfolio. Ability to develop customer empathy and articulate their problems. Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making. Experience performing deep data analyses within your product area. Effective collaboration with engineering and design teams. Excellent communication and influencing skills. High technical and analytical acumen. Bonus Skills Advanced SQL experience. Background in product management or ownership. Experience as a data analyst, engineer, scientist, or software engineer. Familiarity with user research practices.
