Here Are The Challenges You Will Face Reporting to the Vice President of Sales: Manage sales activities in the assigned territory; Maintain and grow sales with existing clients; Develop business with food distributors, retail groups, and other purchasing and restaurant chains; Represent the organization at industry events; Train internal and external partners on the product range; Strategically negotiate commercial agreements; Analyze market data to adjust sales strategies; Regularly prospect for new clients; Collaborate with marketing to design sales tools; Work in synergy with internal teams to support business objectives; Effectively use digital tools in business management. Required Profile Minimum 5 years of experience as an account manager or in a similar role; Sales experience in the food sector (knowledge of the meat market: an asset); Bilingualism (French/English) (clients located in Canada and the United States); Good knowledge of IT tools; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Autonomy, initiative, dynamism; Strong analytical skills and results-oriented approach.
