Overview Job Title : Construction Technician Join our team as a Construction Technician, where you will be responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and fixing up modular units upon their return. The units are relatively new, requiring minimal work, and you will perform a variety of tasks as needed. You will also lead a team of 4-5 workers. Responsibilities Clean, refurbish, and repair modular units. Perform various tasks as required to maintain and improve units. Lead and manage a team of 4-5 workers effectively. Utilize hand and power tools, including basic tools like hammers, wrenches, and screwdrivers. Perform minor construction tasks such as putting up walls and fixing wheels. Essential Skills Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience in construction or renovation environments. Basic carpentry and renovation skills. Ability to lead and manage a small team. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cookstown, Ontario. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00 / hr.
