The Opportunity Moosehead Breweries is seeking a talented and motivated Content Creator to join our in-house Creative Team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital presence, creating and leading content across platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video for Instagram and TikTok. You'll bring a deep understanding of platform-native content and storytelling that connects with audiences in authentic, memorable ways. We're looking for an out-of-the-box thinker who's tapped into internet culture, trends, and emerging tools. You'll be hands-on throughout the creative process, from researching and conceptualizing new ideas to filming, editing, and delivering standout content that builds brand loyalty. Research social trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform creative strategy and campaign planning. Contribute creative concepts and execution strategies for marketing campaigns, including original content creation across formats such as video, photography, GIFs, and branded templates. Lead end-to-end video production, including storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production. Curate and execute trend-driven content that drives engagement, including acting as an on-camera brand ambassador and capturing real-time event coverage and campaigns. Manage daily social media operations, including scheduling, posting, caption writing, community engagement, and integration of user-generated content (UGC). Monitor emerging trends and experiment with new formats and technologies to push creative boundaries and elevate brand storytelling. Analyze content performance and audience engagement metrics, presenting actionable insights to optimize future strategies. Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery. What youll need Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or multimedia production. Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, or a related field. Proficiency in online tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Monday.com, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. Professional photography and videography experience, with strong filming, editing, and audio skills, and a solid understanding of lighting, angles, composition, and visual storytelling. Strong on-camera presence with the ability to confidently represent the brand in public and digital spaces. Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram), including algorithms, analytics, and engagement strategies. Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and experience in leading or mentoring others.
