Responsibilities Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a trusting environment conducive to selling home or auto insurance policies. Educate and advise clients on our products while adhering to underwriting policies. Seize all sales opportunities, including solicitation and product offers. Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Job Requirements : Sales experience (preferred). Proven track record of meeting sales goals. Self-motivated and proactive. Ability to relate well to customers.
