Payroll Manager| St Sault Marie, Ontario, Canada| Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Manager to join their finance team. In this role, youll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing and reconciliation of weekly company payrolls, as well as maintaining organized payroll records and reporting. Youll also support their finance department with additional accounting-related responsibilities, including corporate credit card reconciliation, billing, receivable calls, and assisting the VP of Finance. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with union agreements is considered an asset. What Youll Do Process and reconcile company payrolls accurately and on schedule each week Maintain up-to-date payroll records through consistent data entry and reporting Assist with various accounting tasks including corporate credit card reconciliation, billing, and receivable follow-ups Provide administrative and accounting support to the VP of Finance Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Apply knowledge of union agreements to payroll processes (asset) What Were Looking For College diploma or university degree in Business or related field preferred (extensive experience will be considered) 35 years of accounting experience, with construction, manufacturing, industrial, or any similar industry payroll experience as an asset Strong knowledge of payroll systems and accounting processes; familiarity with Jonas software is an asset Confident with Microsoft Office and other accounting software Proven ability to manage confidential information ethically and professionally Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills If youre a payroll professional who values accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork, wed love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
