Job Title - AI EngineerJob Type Contract (6 months) with extension possibilityLocation RemoteYour New RoleAs an AI Engineer, you will design, build, and operate agentic AI features end to end. You will take ideas from concept to production by shaping data flows, implementing agent workflows, deploying services, and instrumenting robust evaluation and observability.What Youll DoDevelop production-grade Python services (e.g., FastAPI/Flask) and reliable data pipelines (SQL, DBT) that power agents and toolsDesign and harden agentic workflows including tool use, memory, routing, retries, and safeguards using frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain Build and optimize RAG pipelines to ground agents in enterprise data Establish evaluation harnesses with frameworks like Langfuse, Langsmith, and complementary toolsleveraging LLMs as judges for unit, regression, and release-gate evaluations Own reliability in production through containerization, CI/CD, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and participation in on-call rotationsCollaborate closely with product, design, and ML partners to turn ambiguous problems into clear milestones and measurable outcomesWhat Youll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:Expert in Python, strong at manipulating data, and skilled at writing clean, efficient, production-ready codeComfortable with data-engineering fundamentals, including SQL, schema design, ETL/ELT patterns, and orchestrators such as AirflowThinks in terms of reusability and modularity, building components that are clean, composable, and easy to extendUnderstands how production systems are built and run (Docker/Kubernetes, cloud primitives, IaC, secrets management, and RBAC)Hands-on experience with LangGraph and/or LangChain and understands common agent patterns Understands the basics of AI evaluation and has used Langfuse or a similar framework to trace, score, and compare runsDemonstrates a great attitude and hustle, with a bias to action, ownership, and clear communicationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with vector databases and retrieval (e.g., Qdrant, pgvector, Weaviate) and with prompt and tool-use optimizationComfortable with system observability (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana) and performance profilingUnderstands security and privacy basics for handling user data (PII minimization, redaction, authN/Z)What Youll get in ReturnThe client is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of in space of GenAI and competitive rate.What You Need to Do NowIf you're excited about building AI systems that directly impact millions of users, click 'apply now' to submit your resume, or reach out for a confidential conversation.
