About the Role As a Fleet Manager at Steele Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC Saint John , you will develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing commercial clients. Youll drive growth by identifying opportunities, providing tailored fleet solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and manage all commercial accounts and contracts to identify growth opportunities and areas for development. Identify and pursue new prospects, build relationships with fleet accounts, understand customer needs, propose solutions, and close transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate vehicle needs and resolve any issues. Prepare detailed vehicle specifications and proposals based on client requirements. Maintain relationships with lease companies and other industry partners. Perform other related duties as required. What You Bring To The Team A valid drivers license with a clean driver abstract. Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners, senior management, and external suppliers. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to manage multiple overlapping projects with attention to detail. PBS knowledge is a strong asset.
